PLEASE NOTE!!
Although Amazon specs say HTML5 is a maximum of 200kb, we only allow for 99kb.
GIF backups need to be supplied with the HTML5 banners – 40kb max.
Banners must include a clearly visible 1-pixel border or high contrast background colour that clear distinguishes the ad from the content.
